Commissioned by DAI Global, LLC (DAI) under the USAID Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity, Archizem carried out topographic and geodetic surveying and produced nine 1:1000 scale topographic plans for designated land plots within a territorial community in Volyn Oblast.

Updating of cartographic materials (topographic plan at a scale of 1:2000) was carried out using aerial photography and field survey data, including topographic surveying using electronic total stations and GPS receivers. The total updated area covered approximately 7,060 hectares.

The Archizem team produced a 1:2000-scale cartographic base in accordance with the “Basic Provisions for Creating Topographic Plans at Scales 1:5000, 1:2000, 1:1000 and 1:500”, taking into account applicable regulations and requirements in the field of geodesy and cartography. The total area covered by topographic and geodetic surveys at 1:2000 scale was approximately 1,200 ha.

The Archizem team produced a digital topographic base map at scale 1:2,000 for the territories of several settlements in the Odesa Region, as well as areas outside their boundaries, to support the development of urban planning documentation. The approximate project area totaled 4,383 ha.

The digital topographic base map for the territory of the territorial community (TG) was created by a complete set of data in scale 1:2000, in accordance with the established regulatory documents and the accepted classification and coding system in the field of surveying and cartography, with a contour interval of 1.0 m.

The project provides for the creation of a digital topographic base map scale 1:5000 in order to develop local urban planning documentation. Area of topographic and geodetic surveying is 25448 hectares.
