The General Plan of the village is a local-level urban planning document that defines the key directions of territorial development, the organization of construction, and the engineering and transport infrastructure. This document serves as the basis for management decisions in the field of spatial planning and sustainable development of the settlement.

The Land Management Project for establishing the boundaries of the Shatsk Settlement Territorial Community in Kovel District, Volyn Region, was developed under a subcontract with the USAID HOVERLA Project. The subcontract included the preparation of a cartographic base, delineation of the community boundary, and execution of works required for the subsequent development of a Comprehensive Spatial Development Plan.
